Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

**Made after you order**

Our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Most apparel orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. Production times are estimates and can vary with product availability and demand.

Shipping time is additional and varies by destination and delivery service. Please allow for both production and shipping when ordering. Weekends and holidays can affect timing, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. For a delivery estimate before ordering, email karmainkclothing@gmail.com with the product and destination ZIP code.

**Tracking your order**

When your order ships, look for a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

**Address changes**

Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, email karmainkclothing@gmail.com immediately with your order number. We will check whether a correction is possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping begins. If an incorrect address supplied at checkout causes a return, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order. We will explain any charges before arranging reshipment.

**Delayed or missing packages**

If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, check the tracking information and email karmainkclothing@gmail.com with your order number. Please contact us promptly, ideally well before 30 days after the estimated delivery date, so we have time to investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, contact us so we can help investigate.
